Purchased in 1998 and later refurbished to incorporate a lovely Thai restaurant on the lower floor.
The "Exchange", as it is affectionately known, is located close to Aldgate East tube station and directly beneath City of London University and the students there take full advantage of the live sporting events on the big screen and special deals on offer.
